Sadly didn't take any photo's of the new sill going on, think I got a bit keen by then and it was all done and dusted when I realised I didn't have any piccies, I wasn't going to take it off again just to get some.
The main problems with the sill job was letting in patches to the floor and inner sill which meant I had to strip all the carpet and crap off the sill before I could start, did actually put welding gun to metal first but realised the ensuring smoke coming from the car interior meant some thing was wrong.
The Repair Work To The Front
Cut Out All The Bad Metal, Patched Inner Wing, This Outer Plate Is 1.8mm and Double Skinned Over 1mm Patch Underneath As Per Original. Plug Welded And Seam Welded

This Was Bloody Difficult To Do As I Didn't Take The Front SubFrame Off !!

Was Actually Pleased How This Turned Out. Took Some Planning Though. Had To Take The Front Bumper Off And The Mounting To Clean The Hole But Put The Bumper Mount Back To Get The Double Skinning Right

This Is What The Completed Repair Looks Like Now

Inside The Engine Bay Showing The Patch To The Chassis Leg And The Inner Wing

Same Again Different View. The Patch To The Wing Overlaps On The Inside, I Had To Do This Twice As Originally The Patch Material Was To Thick And When Butt Welding It I Blew To Many Holes In The Inner Wing. Seam Welding It From The Other Side And It Worked A Treat

Did Eventually Manage To Make A Good Weld At The Back By Overlaying Welds To Build Up Some Body. Then Wacked The Amps Up And Got A Good Weld Over The Top
